Datapolitik

WTC advokaterne A/S (”WTC”) er underlagt databeskyttelsesloven og persondataforordningen, hvilket bl.a. betyder, at vi er forpligtet til at oplyse dig om, hvilke af dine personoplysninger vi behandler, samt hvilke rettigheder du har i forbindelse hermed. Nedenfor kan du finde den datapolitik, som er gældende for dig.

WTC advokaternes datapolitik

WTC advokaterne A / S (“WTC”) is subject to the Personal Data Act / Data Protection Act and the Personal Data Regulations, which among others is that we are required to inform you of which of your personal data WTC is processing and the rights you have in connection with it.

1. Data controller

WTC lawyers A / S, CVR no. 20 79 40 38, Slotsgade 36B, 1st floor, 3400 Hillerød, telephone 48 22 00 40, e-mail wtc@wtc.dk, is the data controller.

2. Personal information and purposes

In connection with the WTC’s assistance in your case or your operation with the WTC, the WTC needs to, where necessary, process and retain the following categories of information:

  • Name, address, email address and phone number
  • Identity
  • Account number
  • Copy of health insurance card and driver’s license or other image ID
  • health information
  • Pictures
  • Financial information
  • Any information on criminal offenses
  • Sensitive personal information, including information on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union affiliation, as well as the treatment of health information or information on a physical person’s sexual relationship or sexual orientation

All information is treated confidentially in accordance with the legal rules, the Administration of Justice Act, the Personal Data Act / Data Protection Act and the Personal Data Regulation.

WTC’s treatment basis originates from both the legitimate interest, cf. Article 6 (1) (f) of the Personal Data Regulations, which the WTC has in processing and storing client data, and its necessity to deal with your case. In addition, the basis of treatment arises from the fact that the WTC in connection with the Money Laundering Act is obliged to collect and store health insurance certificates and passports, driving licenses or other image ID, cf. Article 6 (1) (c) of the Personal Data Regulation.

WTC may also process information on CPR number when there is a need to ensure a unique identification of you, or if the treatment is required in connection with communication with a public authority, cf. the Data Protection Act’s rules on processing CPR no.

To the extent necessary in connection with the processing of your case and in connection with the safeguarding of your interests, the WTC will process information on criminal offenses, cf. the Data Protection Act’s rules on the treatment of criminal offenses.

WTC may, if necessary, process sensitive personal data when processing is done to establish or defend a legal claim, cf. Article 9 (2) (f) of the Personal Data Regulation.

If you are registered for the WTC’s newsletter, WTC will process personal information about you. Any treatment will be done in accordance with the rules of the Marketing Act.

WTC has a legitimate interest, cf. Article 6 (1) (f) of the Personal Data Act to process personal data about you if you are a tenant / resident or on the board of a property administered by the WTC.

The same is true if you are employed as a caretaker in a property that the WTC manages.

If you are part of a collaboration with WTC, the WTC has a legitimate interest, cf. Article 6 (1) (f) of the Personal Data Regulation in processing necessary personal data about you.

3. Recipients and personal data processors

Your personal data will only be processed by the WTC, unless other uses result from the nature of the inquiry or the nature of the task. Your information will, to the extent necessary, be passed on to the court, other public authorities and the parties to the case in connection with any lawsuit or the like. Your CPR no. will be passed on to the land registration right in connection with any land registration and to the Danish Business Authority.

WTC kan videregive oplysninger om strafbare forhold, når videregivelsen sker til varetagelse af offentlige eller private interesser, herunder hensynet til dig selv, når hensynet til dine interesser klart overstiger hensynet til hemmeligholdelse.

Derudover kan dine personoplysninger blive videregivet til dit forsikringsselskab, såfremt WTC skal søge om forsikringsdækning på dine vegne. Dine personoplysninger kan også blive videregivet til læger, såfremt der i forbindelse med sagen er behov herfor.

I forbindelse med WTC’s ejendomsadministration vil personoplysninger i nødvendigt omfang blive videregivet til forbrugsafregningsselskaber, ejendomsmæglere, en eventuel revisor, ejendommens bankforbindelse, en eventuel bestyrelse, offentlige myndigheder samt øvrige beboere/lejere/ejere. Oplysninger om viceværter vil derudover blive videregivet til et eventuelt lønbureau.

4. Adgang til indsigt, berigtigelse, sletning, begrænsning eller indsigelser

Du har mulighed for at få indsigt i, hvilke informationer WTC har registreret om dig. Ønsker du det, udleverer WTC en elektronisk kopi af de indsamlede oplysninger.

Du kan til enhver tid gøre indsigelse mod, at oplysninger om dig gøres til genstand for behandling. Du har derudover ret til at kræve registrerede personoplysninger om dig berigtiget eller slettet eller behandlingen heraf begrænset. Såfremt du under sagens behandling, gør indsigelser mod WTC’s behandling af dine oplysninger, eller anmoder om sletning eller begrænsning af oplysninger, som er nødvendige for behandling af sagen, jfr. pkt. 2, vil WTC ikke længere kunne behandle sagen. Sagen vil herefter blive afsluttet og afregnet.

Der kan efter persondataforordningen være konkrete situationer, hvor WTC ikke er forpligtet til at efter-komme ovenstående rettigheder.

Hvis du ønsker (1) indsigt i, (2) berigtigelse eller sletning af de personoplysninger, som er registreret om dig hos WTC, eller (3) begrænsning af behandling af de registrerede personoplysninger eller (4) har du andre indsigelser, skal du rette henvendelse til wtc@wtc.dk eller telefon 48 22 00 40.

5. Dataportabilitet

Du har i visse tilfælde ret til at få udleveret eller overført dine personoplysninger til en anden dataansvarlig.

6. Varighed af opbevaring

The personal data will be stored securely for 5 years from the date of filing. This is among other things. to avoid conflicts of interest and to fulfill the Accounting Act and the Money Laundering Act. Personal information about partners treated by our property management is kept for 5 years after the cooperation has ended. Personal information about previous tenants is kept for 2 years after the tenant has been vacated for the purpose of calculating water and heat. Information about caretakers employed in connection with the WTC property management is kept for 5 years after the caretaker resigns. In divorce and marriage cases, the personal data is stored electronically for 10 years.

7. Complaint

You have the opportunity to complain about the processing of personal data. Complaint is submitted to the Data Inspectorate, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K, dt@datatilsynet.dk.
